Hypix Media, Inc. is a preferred provider of multimedia development services for the Media Lab at Doernbecher Children's Hospital. Doernbecher, part of Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU), is committed to healing sick children. That commitment goes beyond the OHSU campus through multimedia CD-ROMs the Media Lab creates for the medical community.
Interactive textbooks, certification tests, and computer-based training tools are some of the types of projects handled by the Media Lab and Hypix as a team. The lab is equipped with digital video, blue-screen, audio, QuickTime VR, 3D animation, authoring, and still-image processing facilities.
Most recently, Hypix worked closely with The Media Lab to develop the new Textbook of Neonatal Resuscitation, 5th Edition Multimedia DVD-ROM. This version is a complete update and enhancement of the award-winning 4th Edition (please see below).

First Place Winner
of eLearning Innovation Award
Hypix is pleased to announce that the Textbook of Neonatal Resuscitation,
4th Edition Multimedia CD-ROM (called "NRP") was awarded first
place in the Macromedia eLearning Innovation Awards (Fall 2002). This
award recognizes excellence in instructional design, innovative media
applications, and high-quality learning content. The Neonatal Resuscitation
CD-ROM was created for the American Academy of Pediatrics by Hypix Media
and the Media Lab at Doernbecher Children's Hospital.
